Melinda Stewart is a Massage and Bodywork therapist licensed in North Carolina and South Dakota. Melinda has practiced massage for over three years and is a member of ABMP. Before moving to North Carolina she worked at a Chiropractic Clinic in South Dakota where she advanced her technique in Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Swedish & Neuromuscular Therapies to help in the recovery of her clients. Rene grew up in the mountains of North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 1986 with a B.S. in graphic communications and business management. After living in Washington, D.C. for several years working for the Department of Defense, she moved back to North Carolina and began working in the advertising industry and teaching in the public school system. During this time period she attended the Massage Therapy Training Institute in Charlotte and graduated from that program in 1995. She began working at an alternative rehabilitation center in Salisbury where she was a full-time massage therapist. She then decided to open Blue Ridge Healing Arts Academy and has continued to grow the business over the past 12 years.
Rene' loves to garden and travel and she most especially loves her dogs Benny and Hound Dog Bits.
Rene' specializes in massage and bodywork treatments that focus on head/neck and face problems, LaStone Thermal Therapy and facial massage.
Rene' also specializes in curriculum and workshop development for massage and bodyworkers and courses in self-awareness and personal growth for the general public.

Margaret is a nationally certified and licensed massage and bodywork therapist and a graduate of Blue Ridge Healing Arts Academy in Concord, NC. She is also an instructor of Integrated Reflexology. In her private practice she specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Thai Bodywork, Thermal Stone therapy, Pre- and Perinatal Massage and Reiki.

Jeri is licensed in the state of North Carolina and is also a Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist holding a Diplomate status with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She received her Diploma of Acupuncture from Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine near Boone, NC. She spent the last year working as an intern in the Jung Tao Clinic.
Virginia is the School Administrator for Blue RidgeHealing Arts Academy. She also assists in the management of The Wellness Center.
After attending UNC-Chapel Hill Virginia lived in New York City for many years pursuing her interests in photography and rock and roll.
Upon returning to Chapel Hill in 2001 she married a Concord native and they moved here to buy a house and raise their two daughters.
